We collect applicant profile information, contact details, professional and educational background, travel purpose, uploaded documents, application notes, messages, and technical information needed to operate the client portal and support the client journey.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create applicant profiles, review readiness, provide document management, match opportunities, coordinate application steps, communicate status updates, support payment workflows, and maintain secure records.
3. Documents
Uploaded documents may include sensitive personal information. Documents should only be uploaded through the secure applicant portal. Access is limited to the applicant and authorized admin users.
4. Sharing
We may share information with service providers needed to operate the client portal, process payments, manage storage, or support the applicant process. We do not sell applicant personal information.
5. Security
The MVP is designed for Supabase authentication, row-level security, and private storage buckets. Applicants should keep login credentials secure and immediately report suspected account access issues.
