1. Services
Visit America Global provides a comprehensive private client support program including personalized opportunity matching, dedicated client support, secure document management, application coordination, progress tracking, preparation guidance, interview preparation support, ongoing communication, and end-to-end case management.
2. Applicant Information
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information. Visit America Global may pause or close an application if information is missing, inaccurate, misleading, or not provided in a timely manner.
3. Initial Enrollment Payment
The initial program enrollment payment starts the applicant support process and is separate from government fees, travel costs, third-party costs, and other external expenses. Program payment collection may be handled through Stripe or another authorized payment provider.
4. No Approval Guarantee
Visit America Global does not guarantee visa approval, admission, travel approval, or government decisions. All final decisions are made by the relevant government authorities and independent institutions.
5. Portal Use
Users must not misuse the client portal, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. Accounts may be suspended when portal integrity or applicant safety is at risk.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the client portal after updates means the user accepts the revised terms.
