Refund Policy

Refund eligibility for program payments is reviewed according to this policy. Government fees, travel costs, third-party costs, and other external expenses are paid by the client and are not refundable.

1. Program Payment Review

Visit America Global has an initial program enrollment fee for personalized opportunity matching, dedicated support, secure document management, applicant dashboard access, document tracking, and ongoing guidance. Refund requests for eligible program payments are reviewed after the required process and supporting information have been completed.

2. Non-Refundable Costs

Government fees, institutional fees, travel costs, courier costs, translation costs, third-party vendor fees, and other external expenses are not refundable because they are paid to outside parties or incurred outside Visit America Global program payments.

3. Client Responsibilities

Applicants must provide accurate information, upload requested documents on time, attend required appointments, and follow reasonable preparation guidance. Refund eligibility may be reduced or denied when delays, inaccurate information, missing documents, or applicant non-participation affect the result.

4. Refund Review

Refund requests are reviewed after the applicant status is moved to Refund Review. The admin team may request supporting information before making a refund determination.

5. No Guarantee

Visit America Global does not guarantee visa approval, admission, travel approval, or government decisions. All final decisions are made by the relevant government authorities and independent institutions.
